Location shines despite chaos

The hotel's location near West Edmonton Mall was perfect for our family trip. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.

However, our experience was marred by the constant noise from a large convention. We had difficulty accessing amenities like breakfast and the pool due to the crowd.

My children wanted better pool hours, as it closed early despite being a family-friendly hotel.

Recommend it for families staying with kids

Rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast had a solid variety that kept the kids happy and fueled for the day.

the bathroom sink was cracked and the ice machine was only on even floors but the suite was spacious with a large beautiful bathroom and helpful staff we felt well taken care of during our stay 😊👌

I recently stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious King room with excellent cleanliness and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were courteous and welcoming during my visit, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. However, I'd suggest enhancing the breakfast options for a more memorable start to the day.

We had a lovely stay with a nice, spacious room that comfortably fit my family and a fantastic free breakfast that changed daily.
